Career service examinees told to beat deadline before Sept. 1

NEGROS ORIENTAL (PIA) — The Civil Service Commission (CSC) here has called on examinees for the October 23 Career Service Examination to submit early their application before the September 1 deadline.

CSC Provincial Director Atty. Gina Crucio of Negros Oriental Field Office explained that her office will no longer accept late applications after the maximum or determined number of examination rooms are already filled up.

Thus, acceptance of applicants shall be on a first come, first serve basis and applications shall be closed any time before the deadline, Crucio said.

Qualified applicants should bring the following requirements: four  pieces of passport size ID pictures with white background showing a neutral facial expression and the ears; P500 application fee; and the original and photocopy of any of the following valid IDs with photo, signature and birthdate (Driver’s License, Passport, PRC, SSS, GSID/UMID, Postal, Barangay, Voter’s, Philhealth or BIR (with signature of the issuing head), current company/office  or school IDs.

Identification cards without date of birth, the CSC will require an original copy of Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) or NSO-issued/authenticated Birth Certificate. (rmn/jct/PIA7-Negros Oriental/This article was originally published at PIA Website on July 19, 2016)
