NEGROS ORIENTAL (PIA) — The Civil Service Commission (CSC) here announced that applications for the career service examination will be received only until August 26.
CSC Provincial Director Atty. Gina Crucio of Negros Oriental Field Office explained that this is because the maximum number of rooms for the October 23 career service exam in Dumaguete City is already filled up.
Qualified applicants should bring the following requirements:
- Four pieces of passport size ID pictures with white background, showing a neutral facial expression and the ears
- P500 application fee
- Original and photocopy of any of the following valid/unexpired IDs with photo, signature and birthdate: Driver’s License, Passport, PRC, SSS, GSID/UMID, Postal, Barangay, Voter’s, Philhealth or BIR (with signature of the issuing head), current company/office or school (validated for the current year)
Any ID not in the list is not accepted, said Atty. Crucio.
“If the ID has no date of birth, CSC will ask for a copy of the PSA-issued/authenticated Birth Certificate but the applicant has to show the original one,” the CSC officer added. (rmn/jct/PIA7-Negros Oriental/This article was originally published at PIA website on Aug. 24, 2016)
