DUMAGUETE CITY (PIA) – Silliman University’s School of Agro-Industrial and Technical Education (SAITE) now offers a new certificate program in contact center services NC-II.
According to Silliman University information officer Mark Raygan Garcia, the program consists basic, common and core competencies at preparing students in handling customer complaints and managing inbound and outbound customer care and sales services and it will run for 18 days.
Garcia further said the program is packaged from the competency map of the information and communication industry.
It administers comprehensive courses covering workplace communication and career professionalism, computer operations, and customer service delivery, he added.
A person who completes the course is expected to be competent as an inbound or outbound contact center service agent.
Aside from this, the course will also develop of a student’s competencies in entry-level positions for inbound sales, technical support, outbound sales, surveys and many more.
